Stag's Leap Wine Cellars Being Acquired by Big Name Estates
First off, my apologies for not posting on a regular basis. I've been studying for the Certified Sommelier exam coming up at the end of August. I have been attending the Certified Sommelier program at the Professional Culinary Institute in Campbell, CA. It is a ten week program headed by David Glancy, Master Sommelier. Those of you interested in learning more about wine should definitely check it out!
